Accessibility

What we target

This website is built to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and follows the structural and metadata requirements of GIGW 3.0 and the accessibility obligations of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and IS 17802.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML with one main landmark, labelled navigation and a visible skip link
• Text contrast measured, not assumed. Two of our brand colours fail AA at body size, so darkened variants are used for small text and the originals are reserved for rules, large headings and non-text elements
• Every form control has a visible, associated label; required fields are marked in text, not by colour alone
• Visible focus indicators throughout, and full keyboard operability
• No motion that cannot be disabled; reduced-motion preferences are respected
• Text resizes to 200% without loss of content or function
• No images of text, and meaningful alternative text on every image
• No third-party fonts, scripts or trackers loaded from outside this domain

Where we know we fall short

This statement is honest rather than promotional. A full third-party audit has not yet been carried out on this site. When it has, the findings and the remediation dates will be published here.
